1, Download COMDLG32.OCX (right click the text on the left and save to your Desktop).
2. Back up your current copy of COMDLG32.OCX and copy the new version to the same file location. This file should be located in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory on your C: drive (for Windows NT and 2000: \WINNT\system32).
3. Using your mouse, click on the "Start" button and then click on "Run".
4.According to your Operating System, type the following command to register this library file:
Windows 95, 98, or Me:
regsvr32 \windows\system\COMDLG32.OCX
Windows NT or 2000:
regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
Windows XP:
regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
5. You should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded"

.RAR is a file archive format simular to .ZIP. Both were made popular in the early 90's for their ability to compress large groups of files into a small cabinet file that could be transmitted easily over the telephone line.
.RAR and .ZIP are two companies that compete to this day against eachother.

"#75 - Program does not have rights or access to a file. Often this is caused when a program is trying to access a network file it doesn't have proper access to either because of network privileges or something is blocking the program. This issue can also be caused when the file is being used by another program or is read-only"

Suggestions: Browse to a "save" directory that is as simple as possible. I would reccomend something like "C:\" or right to the desktop. Make sure that none of the files with the program have become write-protected. (Highlight them all, right click, properties, uncheck all options).
Make sure that the .BAT file is also unprotected.
And hopefully that's all it will take! The problem is the program is trying to save to a directory that doesn't exist and it needs to be configured, or a file is protected.

To repair this quickly, simply delete the 'config.ini' file, and the program will re-create the file properly.

Three possibilities.
1. The file might be trying to overwrite a write-protected .sav file (such as a .SAV file you might copy off a burnt CD).
Right click on .SAV file, Select Properties. Make sure Read Only is unchecked.
2. Again, the config.ini in the converter (not the No$GBA) directory/folder might be incorrect.
Delete the config.ini in the converter directory.
3. You might have missing Visual Basic Run-Time files.

I only created this conversion software. Any additional software you are using to cheat / hack your battery files, I cannot help you with.

1. Go to your NO$GBA BATTERY folder and copy your save file somewhere else in order to back it up in case you mess up.
2. Open NO$GBA.ini in notepad, scroll down to the line:
SAV/SNA File Format == Compressed
and change it to:
SAV/SNA File Format == Uncompressed
3. Open No$GBA (make sure your save type in NO$GBA is FLASH 512 kbytes) and continue your game. Save the game, and then quit NO$GBA. Check the size of your save file in the BATTERY folder. It should be over 500kb.
3. Use the follow program to convert your save file, it will remove the first 76 bytes of your save:

In the empty text box named "New .sav File" enter a name for the new file you will make. Now select your Pokemon save and press convert file. Open your new converted save file (the one you made in step 3) with it, and when you are done cheating your ass off, click save. Now take the new save file you just cheated with, and put it in your NO$GBA save folder. Now name it the same name of your original pokemon save, so that NO$GBA will load it when you play the game. That's all. Now I shall enjoy my 99 of every TM, and I had a sex change just for the hell of it.
Lastly, once you use your hacked save in NO$GBA and save, you will not be able to hack it again right away. Once you have used your hacked save in NO$GBA and saved, you must use the NO$GBA>VBA converter, then hack.
